Actually, I love your kid’s name. Although I prefer to call him by his Indian name, Po-Hee-Niks. Can’t wait to see what you name number two.

“Trouser Sneeze” is too much like “Trouser Pilot” for my taste.

When my wife was preganant with our first, we decided that if it was a boy, we would name it some variation of the name “John”. Her son from her previous marriage had one such name, and we were amused by the idea of a family where all the boys were named John, more or less.
